I'm 5'4 and a half
The last time I weighed myself I was just under 8 stone.
I am a size 8 (UK)
I want to lose fat around my middle baby in about a month.
It is not so big a belly of beer, just baby fat, I used a little chuby I 10-13 and all that remains now a little milk fat around the location of the ABS.
I would appreciate a plan for 4 weeks to have emerged around the school.
